Hey, better late than never, right? So here's my 'random' image. I don't do a lot of detail pictures, so this one is different in that way as well as that I don't usually get to photograph sea creatures.
I just realized that in the past six months or so, well, maybe longer than that, I haven't posted that much work for review. These assignments (thanks, Coby!) are forcing me to do just that. I'm actually taking pictures specifically for this and it's getting me a little out of my element, experimenting and such. It's brought back some excitement in my work for me, so that's worth celebrating. There's nothing like getting paid and having to do something to spoil the fun of creativity. It's nice to create images for me once and a while.
Thanks for sharing. I like the way the light frames you subject in this. Glad you are getting something from the assignments. It is making me think as well, even if I don't do my own darn assignment.
