Apple Art
This has probably been done a million times, but I shot this at the Apple store in NYC. YES, next time I'm there I want to visit some of you!!!!! But it was not going to work this time.
Also btw, I shot this with a little point-and-shoot, the Sony Cybershot SW50. It's not the point-and-shoot that I would have picked, but it's primarily my wife's, and she liked the durable back screen and the fact that it has a viewfinder, so it won out over the Fuji finepix f30 that I wanted.
Really lovely! Point and shoots are amazing! I think the joy is having a camera on you at all times. This is what the great photographers have done. Bresson, Maisel, etc. Shoot a lot and you WILL make good pictures -- not to discount what you've done. Always seeing the world as though you have a camera is a gift. How wonderful that we live in an age that we can have a camera at all times! You've taken an ordinary (well, maybe extraordinary space) and transformed it. Good job. See you at Expo? I'm not in NYC full time anymore anyway so no hard feelings that my phone didn't ring!
