Very exciting that you are expanding! I was not not sure if Digital Tech was a position that was industry standard, so would like to know if we can get a job description. Also, are you taking telecommuters, or is this on-site only?

Digital Tech/Image Coordinator are pretty standard industry terms, more so in NYC than other markets though. So here's more of what I am looking for. You don't have to be an expert, we can train you. I'm looking for someone that will assist with digital capture (Canon Mark 2 1ds and Leaf Valeo 22) and then process files and output for delivery to clients. This includes: dusting, spotting, color correction, color conversion, moderate retouching, and CMYK conversions. We also do large format printing with an Epson 4800. We do also still shoot some medium format film so there might be some scanning.

We currently have more work than we can manage on the backend. This position would help with turnaround and delivery.

This would be a good position for someone just out of DI or SI looking for experience in a busy studio. We can train you to work with our equipment. I have a lot of experience in the industry: assisted in Houston and NYC for some top people and have been shooting the last year. I've been in the industry 6 years.

We work hard here but we have a lot of fun, too. We have a fully equipped office and studio and travel to some great places.

We're looking for an on-site person. We currently have a GREAT telecommuter and occassional visitor. We need an on-site person to help us grow.
