This product works like a charm for giving magazine-airbrush results for fashion, weddings, etc. You need to use it in moderation - I often make a 2nd copy of the background, do my filtering and possibly reduce the opacity on that copy until I've figured out what I want - but it works great.
For workflow, make sure you do all your clone stamping, blemish removal, etc. before applying this.
The attached image has had the effect applied, and you can use a trial version yourself before making a purchase.
