It is hard to say what I think without know what the context a collection of images like this are to be presented in! I think they are different and like some more than others. The candelarbra for instance. I understand what you are trying to achieve but it bugs me that all 5 candels are not burning. You can dodge and burn to achieve the light drop or if you are using film make multiple exposures.
The girl lying on her back I would have liked her face rolled either more away or more towards the camera. I think she is floating in the middle ground and moving her face would complete the feeling of the image and drop out the shaddow lines that are distracting accross her face. Take the throw pillow off the couch and cut out the wall.
Sorry I am not trying to criticise your work at all in a negative way. I would like to see if it would be possible to get more out of the image.
Now I love the creativity of the images. They are not my style but I like the uses of colour you have made the limited view is nice and helps you focus but I wonder what it would look like even tighter and with even less distraction.
if possible I would love to see some crops or reshoots just to see if I have any idea what I am talking about....
Please keep up with posting.
Thanks Chippy
36 satisfactory exposures on a roll means a photographer is not trying anything new.
