Pricing for greeting card usage rights
I've had an inquiry from someone who is asking to use one of my images for a greeting card. She wants to do a first run of 1,000. She claims to have her own company and does not work for one of the big greeting card companies. Can anyone give me some direction on what is usual for compensation/usage rights? Is it a one-time usage fee? Usage fee for each run? Based on the number in the run? Any help is appreciated.
