Affordable Fine Art Prints

Anyone have a good source for affordable (but still good quality) fine art prints. I'm needing a image around the size of a 16" x 20" (the mat opening is 15.5" x 19.5") but since it's just for my living room, I'm wanting to keep the cost low.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what route to take in getting a rudimentary website set up with contact info and gallery for displaying images. I know there are a few different routes to take, and was wondering what you all's experiences had been.

Also is there an easy way to watermark/copyright images in photoshop?
